A Larger Auxiliary Machine Built for Plastic Recycling Washing Line

Polytime has recently finished producing a larger screw conveyor for plastic recycling washing lines.

This equipment serves as the discharge conveyor between the washing tank and the downstream dewatering process. Compared with our standard model, it has a wider trough and a longer body, so it can handle more PET, HDPE and PP flakes and avoid slowdowns at the discharge end. An inclined feed chute at the inlet connects easily to the washing tank. The trough is made of carbon steel with industrial paint finish, driven by a gearmotor for steady, long-running operation.

This larger screw conveyor will be shipped together with a complete washing line to a large-scale plastic recycling project.
