Four-output PVC Conduit Pipe Extrusion Line Tested Successfully in Polytime

This week, we successfully completed the test of a four-output PVC conduit pipe extrusion line for our Indonesian client. The trials included both the minimum (16mm) and maximum (32mm) specifications to comprehensively evaluate the system's performance. The production line is equipped with a 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder driven by a 37kW main motor, die head for 16-32mm pipes, a 4.5-meter vacuum calibration tank, haul-off&cutter, and stacker. After a two-day setup for wiring and heating, the equipment operated stably and all tests proceeded smoothly.The validated production line is now prepared for shipment to Indonesia.
