Full Set of Advanced OPVC Pipe Production Line Departs for Portugal Client

What a busy day! The 400mm PVC-O pipeline production line for Portugal is ready to ship. Before loading the containers, we checked the packaging of all equipment thoroughly and confirmed everything was in order before starting the loading process. The configuration of this complete line is fully equipped—from the parallel twin-screw extruder and die, through the vacuum tank, four-claw puller, drying oven, and shaping machine, to the eight-claw puller, cutter, and finally the bell-end expander—requiring six large shipping containers. With smooth coordination between the overhead crane and forklifts, the containers were loaded efficiently and filled completely. After verifying that nothing was left behind, the containers departed from Shanghai Port and are now en route to Portugal.
