Shipment of 76-114mm PVC Pipe Extrusion Line and 20-32mm PE Pipe line

Our factory has recently completed and dispatched two complete pipe production lines to a customer in Indonesia. Both lines were loaded together for the same ocean shipment.

 

The first line is designed for 76–114 mm PVC pipes and features SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder. The second line is for 20–32 mm PE pipes and is equipped with SJ65/33 single screw extruder. Each line is supplied as a full production set, including die head, vacuum calibration tank, haul off and cutter.

 

Before shipment, all equipment was carefully packed and secured for safe sea transport. Our team is now working closely with the customer to coordinate delivery and on-site installation.

 

We are excited to see these two lines begin operation and support our customer's pipe production in Indonesia.
