Successful Trial Run of 20-32mm PE Pipe Extrusion Line

We are glad to report that our PE 20–32 mm pipe extrusion line has finished a full internal trial at our factory. The line includes an SJ65/33 single-screw extruder, die head, vacuum calibration tank, two-claw haul-off, no-dust cutter, and coiler.

The trial run was stable and consistent. The PE pipes produced showed a clean surface finish, consistent wall thickness, and close dimensional tolerances across the entire 20–32 mm range. The line's optimized design also provides reliable output, lower energy use, and simple operation. With the coiler integrated into the production line, pipes can be wound automatically in line, reducing extra handling and improving efficiency.

The successful trial confirms the system's reliability and operating efficiency. The line is now ready for fast delivery and smooth installation at the customer's site.
