Successful Trial Run of 76-114mm PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

We are pleased to announce that our 76–114mm PVC pipe production line has passed all internal trial tests at our manufacturing facility.

This well-engineered line features the SJ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, PVC die head, vacuum calibration tank, two claws haul-off, saw cutting machine, and automatic belling machine. Throughout the testing process, the line performed consistently, producing pipes with excellent finish, uniform wall thickness, and tight dimensional tolerances for the entire 76–114mm size range.

The thoughtfully designed configuration delivers strong output with reduced power consumption and straightforward operation. The addition of the belling machine allows for efficient socket formation in line, minimizing extra handling steps. The successful trial has fully demonstrated the system's durability and operational efficiency, confirming that it is ready for prompt delivery and hassle-free installation at your site.
