Training on Gravimetric Compounding System

This Friday, we conducted discussions regarding the client's requirements and the formulation of solutions. Simultaneously, we invited an expert to provide technical explanations and training on the supporting system for the gravimetric blender. The complete system includes the blender, masterbatch machine, drying hoppers, and other components, featuring gravimetric proportioning and the capability to achieve one-to-five control—distinguishing it from conventional systems. During the training, all participants engaged in attentive study, deepened their understanding of the entire system workflow, and enriched their professional knowledge. This has laid a solid foundation for developing more effective solutions in the future.
