Successful Trial Run of 20-160mm PE Pipe Extrusion Line

Recently, our factory successfully completed a full in-house trial of the PE 20–160 mm pipe extrusion line. The line is equipped with SJ65/33 single screw extruder, die head, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, two claws haul-off, no dust cutter, and stacker.

The trial ran stably. The PE pipes produced across the entire 20–160 mm range showed a clean surface finish, uniform wall thickness, and tight dimensional tolerances. The line features an optimized design, reliable output, lower energy consumption, and simple operation. The stacker is integrated into the production line to facilitate pipe collection and transfer, reducing extra handling and improving production efficiency.

The successful trial confirms the reliability and operating efficiency of the system. The line is now ready for fast delivery and smooth installation at the customer’s site.
