Successful Trial Run of 800mm HDPE Pipe Production Line

This week, we successfully conducted a trial run of our 800mm HDPE pipe production line. The complete production line comprises a vacuum loader, drying hopper, SJ90/38 single screw extruder, SJ65/33 single screw extruder, gravimetric dosing unit, SJ25/25 single screw extruder, die head, 1.5m vacuum tank, 9m vacuum tank, two spray cooling tanks, eight claws haul-off , no dust cutter, and stacker.

The trial run proceeded very smoothly. Indonesian customer was also present on-site for factory acceptance inspection. From raw material extrusion to pipe cooling and shaping, the entire process ran flawlessly, and the pipe quality fully met the required standards. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the performance. The trial run was a complete success.
