Successful Trial Run of Four-output PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

We are glad to share that our four-output PVC pipe production line has successfully completed in-house trial runs at our factory.

This high-efficiency line is equipped with the SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, four-cavity die head, four-cavity vacuum calibration tank, four-cavity haul-off and cutter, and stacker. During the trial, all four outputs operated smoothly and steadily, delivering pipes with consistent quality and precise dimensions.

The line's four-output design significantly boosts productivity while maintaining low energy consumption and ease of operation. The test run confirmed the line's reliability and production efficiency, ensuring it is fully ready for shipment and on-site installation.
